Sierra Fit Club Strength-Weights is designed to increase strength in bone density while sculpting & developing muscle mass. Using Strength & Tone, Weights & Sweat, Weights-Bands-Ball circuits, pregnancy Weights and stretch, kids exercising, body-weight circuits, compound moves circuits, free weights circuits, resistance bands intervals, are all designed programs to create challenges, and give modifications and variations to suit all fitness levels.
